Firstly, our association keeps on with its
activities about pilot education despite the bureaucratic obstacles.
Here, our important objective is to maintain that our country, with
its 70 million population, would have only a few hundred Turks with
PPL licenses, or that we would have general aviation planes no more
than 100 units for the full membership negotiations with EU in the
upcoming 10 years. These rates are not compatible with the European
Union standards and statistics.
Since 20 years, our efforts are made to raise the percents up
in these statistics on behalf of Turkey.
